If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product then simply return it with-in thirty days for a refund, less costs incurred by Green Termite Bait Systems.  Only our fair costs such as postage will be deducted.

Terms

All baits come with a 12 month manufacturer's warranty. This is regardless of where they are purchased. If the bait should break, split, crack or have any defect during the first 12 months simply return it to Green Termite Bait Systems for a full replacement at not cost.

Replacement does not cover:

• Baits that are damaged during installation unless it can be shown that the bait was faulty.
• Baits that are damaged by lawn mowers.
• Baits that are damaged by vehicles.
• Baits that are damaged by gardening activities.
• Baits that are damaged by pets.
• Baits that are damaged by children.
• Baits that are damaged by undue care and attention, willful or not.
